To create a post you will need to go to blogger.com and enter your userid and password. I created a link under "Class Documents" as well. You will then want to click on the issues in global trade and finance link.

You should then see a "Create a New Post Button." Click on this and enter your summary or analysis in the text box. Be sure to include a title and link, using the chain button, to the article you are citing.
